At SquishOz, all sales are final - but if your item is faulty, we’ll absolutely make it right.
We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide an exchange or store credit where eligible.

Damages and Issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Exchanges / Store Credit.

We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange to the value of the returned item(s), on change of mind purchases within 30 days of delivery date.

Upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit note to the value of your return, you will receive your credit note via email.

If opting for a product exchange, you will be notified and provided with updated tracking details when your exchanged item has been shipped out.

Please note that credit notes are valid for 3 years and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
