📦 How much is shipping in Australia?

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched that day. During high volume order times, this may vary, we thank you for your patience. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. 

Expected delivery times are between 2-5 business days.

📬 How do I track my order?

As soon as your squish ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking info so you can follow its journey from our nest to yours.

📦 Do you offer same-day or next-day dispatch?

We typically pack and ship orders within 1-2 business days. While we don’t offer same-day shipping at this time, we squish fast - promise!

International shipping is at a flat rate of $35 to all locations.

Upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided at the checkout. If you do not receive this notification within 1 hour, please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours. Please note, international orders may be liable for import and/or customs duties and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, sometimes postal service delays can cause order delivery to fall outside of this window.
