You Agree that SquishOz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or inability to use it.

While we make every effort to ensure website security, we are not liable for any damage resulting from third-party intrusions. 

Goods on Delivery

While we do our best to ship goods as ordered, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery - including shipments sent to third parties - for correct style, colour, and size.

Terms and Conditions of Trading

1. Interpretation

"Seller" refers to SquishOz Pty Ltd (trading as SquishOz) and its successors and assigns.

"Purchaser" means the buyer, business, or entity placing the order.

"Products" refer to garments, accessories, and other goods supplied by the Seller.

2. Prices, Sizes, Colours

2.1 Prices are subject to change without notice and are not binding.

2.2 Products are priced F.O.B. origin.

2.3 Pricing is based on order quantities per style and colour. Minimums apply for indent orders.

2.4 Minor colour variations between deliveries may occur.

2.5 Catalogue and website visuals are indicative only.

3. Terms of Payment

3.1 Full payment is required on or before delivery.

4. Credit Claims

4.1 Notify SquishOz of delivery shortages or incorrect products within 48 hours.

4.2 Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

4.3 Credits will not be issued for decorated or altered items.

4.4 Fabric weight variance of ±10 gsm and size variance of ±1.5 cm are not eligible for credit.

4.5 Returns must include invoice number, return authorisation, and be sent via SquishOz’s nominated carrier.

4.6 No credits will be granted for items sent directly to third-party decorators or printers.

4.7 Samples are non-returnable. SquishOz reserves the right to determine if a return qualifies as stock or sample.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery occurs when goods are received by the purchaser or their nominated agent. Risk transfers at that point.

5.2 Preparation time is 1–4 days depending on the season. We strive to meet requested delivery dates but are not liable for delays.

6. Retention of Title

6.1 Title remains with the Seller until payment is received in full. Unpaid goods may be reclaimed by SquishOz.

6.2 Sale proceeds from disposed goods must be held in trust.

6.3 Risk passes to the Purchaser upon delivery, who must insure the goods accordingly.

7. Stock Availability

7.1 While we aim to fulfil all orders, we are not liable for any loss due to out-of-stock items.

8.2 Clause headings are for reference only.

8.3 This agreement is governed by New South Wales law.

8.4 Failure to enforce any term does not waive that right.

8.5 These Terms bind and benefit successors and assigns.

8.6 The Purchaser warrants authority to enter this agreement and guarantees all obligations personally if applicable.
